A mass meeting of the membership will be held on 10/31/2023 at 10:00 A.M in the clubhouse to acknowledge the volunteers to fill the open positions on the Bluebonnet Board.

Discussion for planning events for members and guests before, during and after the event. Division of volunteers into chairs and groups to provide entertainment and services. Your help is needed and greatly appreciated.

Pre-Eclipse Breakfast – a sit-down clubhouse event prior to the start of the eclipse.  Bring your own service.

Choice of Sausage and Egg- Cheese Casserole (contains bread) OR Crustless Sausage -Cheese Frittata (no bread)

Served with salsa, hash browns, fruit dish, and coffee

There will be a dump run on Saturday, October 7, 2023.  Volunteers, please be at the Maintenance Shed by 8:00 am. Please place your items at the curb of your lot for pickup on Saturday. Brad Formo, President
