Volunteers needed for Monday Jan 6th @ 9:00 AM To complete the last of the electrical feeds for the first phase of replacement.  

We will be clearing the existing trenching and laying in the new feed wires.

Project: Addition to Sidewalk at Office Entrance, under dry erase board for mail/packages.
Details: We will be placing 12 sq ft (4 cu ft) of concrete to prevent falls at office entrance.

On behalf of the Construction and Maintenance Committee,  I wish to extend our heartfelt appreciation for the co-op members who came out to help with the recent electic trenching project. The first phase of the current electrical upgrade was completed in less time than anticipated thanks to the many individuals involved.

Christmas Dinner

Christmas Dinner will be at 3:00 on Dec. 25th in the clubhouse. There is a sign-up sheet in the clubhouse.  Please write your name, lot number and the number of people in your party as well as checking the item(s) you will be bringing. Ham will be provided. Please join us for a relaxed Christmas dinner celebration.
