………. for a work detail on Tuesday afternoon DEC 20^th @ 1:00 PM.

Purpose:  To install pipe insulation on the water riser pipes of the unoccupied lots in the Co-Op ahead of the forecasted freezing weather next week.

This should be an easy task to complete as there isn’t any special knowledge required.

We will meet at the Clubhouse to review the project intentions and disperse into teams of two.  Brad Formo has supplied us with a list of lots to be addressed.

Thank you to all the Members who helped with the Christmas decorating. The weather sure was an issue and the decorating committee appreciates all your efforts to brighten things up.  See you in the new year for the undecorating.

There will be a Townhall Meeting on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 1:00pm.

The purpose of this Townhall will be to pass out information and brief the members on the plans and procedures for Emergency & Disaster response.  There will also be a discussion on the proposal for a Standing Rule change to allow RV Covers on lots.

We will be decorating the interior  of the          

Clubhouse on Wednesday, November 30,
at the 4:00 Social.

The outside will be done on Saturday,
December 3rd, at 10:30 AM, weather
permitting.

Friday, December 2nd from 1:00 to 3:00 in the Clubhouse

This is your chance to hand-stamp a Christmas Card… or 10!  There will be multiple designs to choose from with all supplies precut and ready for your creativity.  You can make 1 card or all 4 designs or multiples; it’s up to you!  $2 supply fee per card.  Sign up sheet is in the clubhouse.
