We have 130 RV lots. Each lot is 50′ wide and 70′ long. Originally, the lots were bare with a 10′ x 50′ chip & seal parking pad near one edge and included water, sewer and metered electric. Over the last 30+ years, most of the lots have had (with the approval of the Lot Improvement Committee) improvements added by their owners. Some common improvements:
- gravel top layer
- a shed, up to a maximum size of 12′ x 24′ x 12′ high (maximum 288 sq ft)
- porch attached to the shed, up to 9′ x 24′
- concrete parking pad
- bulk propane tank
- fencing
- concrete walkway
- landscaping
