  • Jan 25 – Chili Cook Off: 5 P.M.; $7.00- You will receive 3 tickets to vote on your favorite chili. There will be a house chili made by BOD President Ed Yale. More competitors are needed
  • Feb 20 – Brown Bag Auction: 5 P.M. More details to follow
  • Feb 27 – Annual Membership Meeting: 10:00 A.M. (Bluebonnet Officers will provide the lunch)
  • Mar 8 – Flea Market: Diane Maruffi Coordinator: All hands on deck to help this be a successful event. This is our most focused fund raiser
  • Mar 20 – St. Patrick’s Day Dinner: 5:00 P.M.: Hosted by Bridget & Richard Machida: More details to follow

Chili Cook-Off – January 25

Chili Cook-off January 25, 2025, 5pm

Make the best Chili, most unusual Chili, spicy or mild, family favorite??

Sign up and enter the competition to see just who has the bestest Chili at Lone Star Corral!

  • Chili is to be made in YOUR kitchen.
  • You can sign out a crockpot from the kitchen if you need one.
  • Please have Chili in clubhouse ready for judging by 4:45pm.

Sign up sheet is in the clubhouse.  This is a Fund Raiser for the Blue Bonnets.  Chili will be presented for judging in a crock pot. Minimum of $7 donation will be collected at the door. Donation at the door gets you 3 tickets to vote for your favorite Chili. Chili will be judged by those in attendance. (using their tickets)

WATER SHUTOFF – FREEZING WEATHER

ALL CO-OP MEMBERS:
We are expecting sub- freezing temperatures for several hours overnight anticipating additional frozen water hydrants as a result. 
Expect interuptions to water service over the course of the weekend to facilitate hydrant repairs.

Make sure you have water in your fresh water tanks and protect your water hydrant from freezing.
