General Information for Members & Guests
- We have a limited number of heavyweight sites.
- Call in advance to check. No reservations.
- Check in during office hours only 10 am to 2 pm.
- All sites are back-in sites.
Wi-Fi. Available in the clubhouse. Passwords are required and may be obtained from the office. See our Wi-Fi page.
Dog run. Off-leash dog run located in the southwest corner of the park.
Propane. A propane vendor visits the park each Wednesday (winter, every other Wed in summer). Sign up in the office for on-site motorhome and bulk tank refilling. See our Propane page.
Fire connections. Throughout the park. There’s a volunteer fire department in D’Hanis.
Mail. Arrives early afternoon. An orange flat at the office lets you know the mail has arrived. There’s an outgoing mailbox next to the office door. Any mail sent to you at the park should be addressed as follows:

Dumpsters. Located throughout the park. Secure all trash in plastic bags, tightly tied.
Pets. All pets must be controlled. Pick up droppings promptly. Cats and dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.
Please be cost conscious. This will help us all. Lend a hand. We need everyone.

About the lots
- Basic lot price — $2,672 plus improvements
- Total fenced area — 24 acres
- Lot size — 50 feet x 70 feet
- Pads — 10 feet x 50 feet, made of concrete, gravel, or chip & seal
- Interior roads are chip & seal.
- Each site has sewer hookup, plus metered electric and water.
- Typically, there are four lots to each septic tank. Along the fence, there are three lots per septic tank.
- Each lot can have one storage shed, Maximum size is 12 feet x 24 feet x 12 feet high, with a maximum of 288 sq feet of floor space. For more information, see rules and regulations in Article IV of the By-Laws.
